Job summary

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or Associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to use CRM systems and customer support technologies.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer and dealer inquiries through phone, email, and other support systems.
• Process transactions including orders, returns, credits, and service requests.
• Follow established workflows and standard operating procedures.
• Independently resolve customer concerns and inquiries using process knowledge and judgment.
• Document customer interactions accurately and completely.
• Handle product and parts lookups across multiple platforms.
