Job summary

XACT is seeking energetic individuals for a remote customer service role. You will support clients from a secure home office, delivering excellent service and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Candidates must be fluent in English, type at least 40 WPM, and have a reliable Windows PC with 8GB RAM, wired network, a webcam, and a dedicated home office space. A mobile device for MFA is required, with iOS17/Android 12+.

Qualifications

• Must speak English fluently.
• Type at least 40 words per minute.
• High-speed internet (10 Mbps down, 2 Mbps up).
• Dedicated home office space with a lockable door.
• Windows 10+ with 8 GB RAM; laptop not eligible.
• 19" monitor or larger; multiple displays recommended.
• Webcam for training and compliance.
• Wired network connection; no wireless allowed.
• Approved USB headset for VOIP and MFA-enabled mobile phone (iOS17 or Android 12+).
