Job summary

XACT is seeking a remote customer service agent to deliver excellent support from a secured home office. This role requires fluent English, strong typing, and adherence to a home-work setup.

Candidates must meet hardware and network requirements: Windows 10+ with 8 GB RAM, wired internet, a 19" monitor, webcam, and a USB headset for VOIP. MFA via a mobile device is required; Apple or Samsung preferred.

Qualifications

• Must speak English fluently.
• Type at least 40 words per minute.
• Reliable high-speed internet (10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up) with a wired connection.
• Dedicated home office space with door that can be closed and locked.
• Windows 10 or higher with at least 8 GB RAM; desktop preferred.
• 19" monitor with multiple displays preferred.
• Webcam for training and collaboration.
• USB headset for VOIP.
• Smartphone for MFA (iOS 17 or Android 12+).
