Job summary

WEX is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers in a remote call center environment. You will handle inquiries about account maintenance, billing, and technical support via phone and email, delivering professional and timely resolutions.

You will support one of several WEX Health or Mobility call centers and work across multiple systems, including Salesforce, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office, while maintaining privacy and security standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
• Must pass background check.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails with a professional attitude.
• Resolve issues related to billing, account maintenance and technical support.
• Guide customers through WEX online platforms and mobile apps.
• Maintain accurate interaction records in the CRM (Salesforce).
