The role emphasizes structured training, mentorship, and ongoing support, with flexible part-time start and potential transition to full-time as you demonstrate results. Licensing guidance is provided to help you obtain a Life Insurance License.

What This Role Really Is

This is a customer service–first position where you guide individuals who have already requested information. There is no cold calling. Conversations are consultative, professional, and focused on helping people make informed decisions.

• Respond to warm inquiries from individuals who requested information online, by phone, or through mail
• Deliver a positive customer service experience through scheduled Zoom or phone appointments

Full‑time schedules typically include:

• 5–10 hours per week on outreach and follow‑ups
• 10–20 hours per week meeting with customers
• 5–10 hours per week on training, development, and administrative tasks

Income & Advancement

• Commission‑based compensation with monthly bonus opportunities
• Performance‑based increases available every 2–3 months
