Job summary

Agent Alliance is seeking motivated representatives to work remotely with individuals who signed up for supplemental benefits. You will explain options, customize plans, and help families choose the best fit while delivering exceptional service.

You'll schedule Zoom meetings, maintain client relationships, and support claims or plan adjustments. The position offers a 100% commission structure with weekly payouts, ongoing training, and flexible work-from-home options.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
• Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments.
• Provide attentive customer service and any necessary administrative support in response to members' needs.
• Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits.
• Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule.
