Agent Alliance Inc. is recruiting for a remote benefits representative who will engage with individuals who signed up for supplemental plans.

You will explain options, help clients choose plans, and manage post-sale support while working from home with flexible hours. Successful reps are strong communicators who are ambitious, motivated, and organized, thinking like entrepreneurs while collaborating with a dedicated team to deliver customer-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Perform benefit reviews and assist with claims or adjustments.
• Provide attentive customer service and administrative support.
• Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns about their benefits.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

• Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule
