You will assist with subscriptions, pricing, and billing for Health Solutions and Journals, while navigating AMA systems and website tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with service center tools (telephony, measurement, applications).
• Advanced knowledge of AMA structure, products, and policy issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn and navigate computerized systems and AMA website.

Responsibilities

• Handle membership inquiries and process in a professional, efficient manner.
• Support access to the AMA website, including SSO and password resets.
• Provide information on AMA products (Health Solutions, Journals) including pricing and billing.
• Assist with order statuses, renewals, and subscriptions.
• Validate physician identity and maintain data accuracy in AMA systems.
