Job summary

The Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) is seeking a remote-eligible professional to provide operational and programmatic support for AAHCI activities and member engagement initiatives. You will coordinate initiatives and work closely with senior staff to ensure efficient program delivery across the U.S.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in health systems administration, public health, global affairs, business, or related field, plus 1–2 years of related experience, and

• 1 - 2 years of related work experience.
• Experience working in a member association.

Responsibilities

• Engagement Projects: Support design, implementation, tracking, and evaluation of AAHCI program initiatives connecting member institutions.
• Virtual Meetings and Programs Support: Manage the virtual AAHCI Community and coordinate webinar setup and execution.
• Membership and Communications Support: Support newsletter production, member communications and outreach, social media coordination.
• Miscellaneous: Contribute to innovation and process improvements for AAHCI and international strategy.
