Job description

Product Testers are wanted to work from home nationwide in the US to fulfill upcoming contracts with national and international companies.

We guarantee 15-25 hours per week with an hourly pay of between $25 / hr. and $45 / hr., depending on the In-Home Usage Test project.

No experience required.

There is no payment required to apply or to work as an In-Home Usage Tester. You don't have to buy products or pay for shipping; everything is paid by our company.

In-Home Usage Testers are considered independent contractors. We pay weekly every Wednesday via direct deposit or cheque.

We are a consulting firm specializing in product testing and development. We design and conduct In-Home Usage Testing (IHUT) locally and nationally, providing real-time user feedback to companies and market research firms to evaluate products for certification and market access.

During your application, reputable market research companies will assess your demographics and consumer profile to match you with suitable products for testing.

Partnered market research firms will use questionnaires to identify and target specific consumer types, ensuring appropriate participant engagement and representative sampling.

Participation in these product testing panels is free, secure, and private. In-Home Usage Testing offers a quick, easy, and fun way to earn extra cash by sharing your opinions on upcoming products and services in the American market.

Main Duties :

• Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed (screenshots, audio, videos, journal entries, etc.)
• Take care of the tested product and use it responsibly
• Follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule, which may include unpacking, reading instructions, providing feedback, using the product for a set time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.
• Some tests may involve using MFour’s Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology to capture insights
• Participate in private chat discussions about the product when required
• Write reviews as specified in the Daily Schedule for each project

Requirements :

• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Excellent attention to detail and curiosity
• Availability of 15-25 hours weekly and ability to maintain a routine
• Access to a computer and reliable internet connection
• Access to a digital camera or smartphone that takes pictures
• Honesty and reliability
• Good communication skills (asset)
• 18 years or older
