Work From Home - Customer Service Rep - PM Shifts Needed!!

Join one of the world’s largest hotel call centers in Arizona with a permanent work-from-home opportunity! Must reside in Phoenix, AZ or the surrounding area.

Job Functions

1. Answer incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents.
2. Assist with new reservations or updating existing requests.
3. Handle general questions or inquiries.

Equipment

All equipment is provided by the client; just need high-speed internet. The client offers a $50/month internet subsidy.

Pay

$17.00 per hour, with $18.70 for hours after 6 pm. Potential to earn an extra $200-$400 per month by hitting goals.

Shift Details

• Must be able to work any 8-hour shift between Monday and Sunday within the specified windows.
• Availability required for weekends.

PM Shift: 12:30 pm - Midnight (8 hours within this window).
