Note: ARM-based processors are not supported. This includes Microsoft Surface devices, Chromebooks, and Chrome OS-based systems.

• Windows 11 (required)

Storage and Memory

• Minimum: 20 GB available space, 60 GB total space, 4 GB RAM
• Recommended: 30 GB available space, 60 GB total space, 8 GB RAM

Internet Connection

A hard-wired (Ethernet) connection is required. Wireless (Wi-Fi) connections are not permitted.

• Minimum: 10 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload / 120 ms latency
• Recommended: 30 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload / 50 ms latency

Display and Accessories

• Minimum Resolution: 1280 × 1024 (SXGA)

Mac users must have an Ethernet port or adapter.
