What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Dedicated, private, and secure workspace for remote work
- Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with a hard-wired ethernet connection
- Moderate to advanced computer skills with a high comfort level in learning new technology

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles
- Familiarity with group and/or individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
- Experience working in a call center environment
- Knowledge of CRM systems and practices
- Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
