Job Title: Remote Customer Service Representative(100% Work From Home)

Salary: $1,200 - 1,500 USD/month depending on experience via PayoneerSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm EST
Job Overview:
Our client specializes in high-quality, white-glove moving services for homes and businesses. They offer local and long-distance moves, packing, specialty moves, and storage solutions, all with a focus on professionalism and customer care. Our client's mission is to set a new industry standard by delivering a seamless, stress-free moving experience through technology and exceptional service.
We’re looking for a remote customer service representative to become the friendly first point of contact for their clients and leads. This person will work alongside their sales team to handle inbound and outbound communication and ensure that client details are logged accurately in their systems.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries
- Enter lead information into our CRM system accurately and promptly
- Follow up with existing leads via phone, text, and email
- Assist the sales team by supporting backend communication and data entry
- Maintain organized records using Google Docs and our VOIP system
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional phone presence
- Strong command of conversational English
- Self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative and adapting to a fast-moving environment
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Experience with CRM software and customer service tools is a plus, but not required
Success in This RoleIn the first 90 days, success looks like quickly learning our tools, asking smart questions during training, and confidently owning the day-to-day responsibilities with minimal oversight.
