This is not a traditional hourly call-center position. The role combines customer service, benefits education, relationship building, and consultative insurance sales. Representatives meet with clients virtually through Zoom to help them understand available life and supplemental benefit options.

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will:
This position doesnot require door-to-door prospecting or traditional cold calling. Leads are provided to help representatives connect with individuals and families.

A Life and Health insurance license is required before performing licensed insurance activities.

New representatives receive training and ongoing mentorship covering products, client presentations, enrollment systems, virtual appointments, and professional development.
The company provides the electronic systems used for applications and virtual presentations.
Representatives are responsible for providing their own computer, internet connection, and home-office equipment.
This is a1099 independent contractor opportunity with commission-only compensation. There is no hourly wage or guaranteed salary.
Representatives are paid weekly on eligible completed business and may qualify for additional performance bonuses and residual income opportunities.
Representatives who demonstrate strong performance and leadership ability may pursue additional responsibility in training, team development, and management.
