Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) answers inbound calls from members and providers, inputs data, and provides a high level of customer service always extending courtesy and professionalism. The CSR handles inbound inquiries via telephone and email, records communications accurately, and may need to deviate from standard scripts. CSRs use computerized systems for tracking calls and troubleshooting, assessing needs, explaining programs, and promoting products or services.

This is a remote position and can be located anywhere within the United States.

Essential Job Functions:
  1. Identify, evaluate, and prioritize caller needs, questions, and concerns.
  2. Formulate plans of resolution and respond appropriately and efficiently.
  3. Maintain and restore customer satisfaction and collaborate with other teams as needed.
  4. Perform problem analysis and provide recommended resolutions.
  5. Proactively educate callers on program benefits.
  6. Meet or exceed call center metrics, attendance, and quality standards.
  7. Use computer tools to accurately process and document information.
  8. Develop rapport with callers and adjust communication style accordingly.
  9. Provide accurate information about Sharecare's programs and services.
  10. Escalate issues internally and follow up on escalated cases.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • Prior experience in a customer service-related field preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word & Outlook
  • Proficiency in computer keyboarding and internet navigation
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, changing environment
