Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) answers inbound calls from members and providers, inputs data, and provides a high level of customer service always extending courtesy and professionalism. The CSR handles inbound inquiries via telephone and email, records communications accurately, and may need to deviate from standard scripts. CSRs use computerized systems for tracking calls and troubleshooting, assessing needs, explaining programs, and promoting products or services.
This is a remote position and can be located anywhere within the United States.
