GetInsured currently has the largest state-based marketplace footprint, with consumer-friendly interfaces and decision support tools that empower millions to make better health plan decisions. We build and operate award-winning cloud-based enrollment tools serving state-based exchanges, brokers, insurers, and consumers. Our services include eligibility determination, plan selection, enrollment technology, and innovative agent marketing and call center tools.

Full-time/Seasonal
  • $15.00/hr. plus performance incentives
  • $16.00/hr. for Spanish Bilingual, plus performance incentives
Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Complete background check and drug test within 3 days
  • Dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Personal device with functioning camera required for training
  • Committed to full attendance during the 3-week paid training period
  • Minimum internet speed of 35 Mbps with Ethernet connection
  • Cable/Fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired Ethernet connection is required
  • Not compatible with mobile internet, satellite, Wi-Fi, or Wi-Fi extenders (e.g., T-Mobile is not compatible)
Qualifications
Essential Responsibilities
  • Inbound and outbound calls
  • Deliver high-quality customer service consistently
  • Manage customer accounts and provide technical support
  • Data entry for applications
  • Respond to online chat inquiries as assigned
  • Follow defined procedures and policies
  • Apply creative problem-solving skills
  • Adapt to changing projects and updates
  • Manage time and tasks effectively, including multitasking and prioritization
  • Complete extensive self-study, training, and testing; passing exams is required to proceed
  • Follow regulated communication guidelines across all channels
