Location: Remote (preferred locations: Columbus, OH; Albany, NY; Marlton, NJ; Lake Mary, FL; Indianapolis, IN; Chandler, AZ)

Start Date: July 14, 2025

Pay Range: $41,000 - $73,000 per year (based on skills and experience)

Role Overview

The Remote Customer Service Representative provides timely, accurate information and service to policyholders and agents for Personal Lines products. Responsibilities include resolving policy issues, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and supporting policy retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding policies
• Build rapport and understand customer needs
• Retain policyholders considering cancellation
• Process transactions accurately
• Interpret policy contracts and provide coverage recommendations
• Manage billing and payment issues
• Utilize technical systems effectively
• Complete licensing and ongoing education requirements

Qualifications

• Active P&C Producer license and at least 2 years of relevant experience
• 3-5 years of customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills

Additional Information

Paid training: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm EST. Post-training shifts start between 10:30 am and 11:30 am EST, with weekend rotation. Equipment provided; reliable internet required.
