Location: Remote (preferred locations: Columbus, OH; Albany, NY; Marlton, NJ; Lake Mary, FL; Indianapolis, IN; Chandler, AZ)
Start Date: July 14, 2025
Pay Range: $41,000 - $73,000 per year (based on skills and experience)
The Remote Customer Service Representative provides timely, accurate information and service to policyholders and agents for Personal Lines products. Responsibilities include resolving policy issues, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and supporting policy retention.
Paid training: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm EST. Post-training shifts start between 10:30 am and 11:30 am EST, with weekend rotation. Equipment provided; reliable internet required.
