• Accurately enter and manage certificates related to inspections.
• Generate and complete detailed inspection reports using provided templates and software.
• Conduct regular audits of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure data accuracy.
• Enter past jobs into CRM system to follow up with recurring inspections.
• Confirm that all invoices have been paid by clients in a timely manner.
• Respond promptly and professionally to company inquiries.
• Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.
