Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a remote Customer Service Representative based in the Phoenix, AZ area to handle a high volume of telephone requests and build positive relationships with customers and Hillman Field Service staff.

The role includes order support, account management assistance, and product usage questions, with occasional in-office requirements. The schedule may include weekends, and pay is $20-22 per hour based on automotive customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent is required, six months call center experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Hillman Customers and Field Staff via the phone loop, answer incoming calls, provide order support (placement, tracking, expediting, quote, etc.), and enter orders via phone, fax, email, or web site.
• Assist account managers and account assistants through order management, resets, and new store orders.
• Manage order flow by handling error reports and hold screens, review daily reports for order errors, and expediting as needed.
• Answer questions concerning product usage and specifications and support Field Service staff with display materials.
