The Hillman Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Part Time Field Service Technician to maintain and repair kiosks across 35+ locations. The role includes installing or upgrading kiosks, optimizing locations, and supporting store relationships.

Travel up to daily driving across the territory, with a 25-hour work week and an hourly pay of $22, plus car allowance and reimbursements. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, electromechanical repair experience, and 1-3 years in similar roles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Background in electromechanical repair and maintenance preferred.
• Prior experience in retail merchandising, field operations, and customer service preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Experience with tools and troubleshooting mechanical problems.

Responsibilities

• Re-stock and perform routine service on kiosks as needed (demand or schedule).
• Perform on-call repairs or adjustments when kiosks malfunction.
• Install new kiosks or swap newer kiosks locally.
• Grow revenue by optimizing machine locations, uptime, and store relationships.
