Job summary

Hillman Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a remote Customer Support Associate who will handle high-volume telephone requests and support field staff. You may be required to come into the office occasionally and work weekends as part of the schedule.

Compensation is $20-22 per hour, commensurate with automotive customer service experience, with a remote-first setup that allows home-based work within the Phoenix area.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills; able to work with a variety of personalities and maintain composure under stressful conditions.

Responsibilities

• Customer Support – Provide support to Hillman Customers and Field Staff via the phone loop; answer calls; assist with order support, order entry, and tracking across channels.
• Account Management Support – Assist sales managers and account assistants with order management, resets, new store orders, and review holds.
• Order Management – Manage order flow, review daily reports for errors, and expedite orders as needed.
• Product and Merchandising Support – Answer questions on product usage and support field staff with displays.
