Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Customer Retention Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers, resolving service issues and retaining business. The role involves multi-channel communication including phone, email, and social media to ensure brand-aligned, positive experiences.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in remote call center roles, strong written communication, and experience with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years remote call center experience in customer service, claims support/claims resolution or similar
• Evidence of strong written communication and ability to manage customer inquiries across channels
• Experience with telephony and CRM software solutions

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve customers’ needs by providing information, conducting research, executing retention strategies and/or escalating to operations
• Positively represent the Sun Auto Tire & Service brands through customer interactions via phone, email, chat and social media
• Attend to all customer queries on the company’s social media platforms
• Capture root cause of issues for mitigation purposes
