• Experience with telephony and CRM software solutions; familiarity with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve customers’ needs by providing information and researching retention options.
• Represent the Sun Auto Tire & Service brands via phone, email, chat and social media.
• Maintain accurate customer records in operating systems and CRM tools.
• Resolve inquiries and escalate with partners; capture root causes.
