Job summary

Fuze Health seeks a Customer Program Manager to own the execution and performance of customer-facing programs, coordinating with Operations, Product, Engineering, and clinical partners to drive program success and patient outcomes.

You will manage a portfolio of accounts, ensure deliverables meet expectations, and mitigate risks with urgency while aligning with regulatory standards and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-5 years of program management experience in healthcare, pharmacy, digital health, or another regulated environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
• Experience with risk assessment, mitigation planning, and operational problem-solving.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in healthcare operations.
• Excellent communication skills; able to translate complex information for executives, partners, and technical teams.
• Proficiency with GSuite, Slack, and project management tools (Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Own SLA performance and operational outcomes for assigned programs.
• Develop, maintain, and execute project and program plans.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Operations, Care, Compliance, and Finance.
• Monitor performance metrics, program health, and risks; lead mitigation planning.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with customers and internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Facilitate program retrospectives and scalable methodologies for growth.
• Contribute to long-term program strategy and roadmap planning.
