Fuze Health is seeking a Customer Program Manager to oversee customer-facing programs and drive outcomes that improve patient care through technology-enabled pharmacy services.

You will manage a portfolio of accounts, coordinate with Operations, Product, Engineering, and clinical partners, and escalate risks with clarity and urgency. The role emphasizes collaboration, compliance, and strategic program development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-5 years of program management experience in healthcare, pharmacy, digital health, or a regulated environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Experience in risk assessment, mitigation planning, and operational problem-solving.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in healthcare operations.
• Excellent communication skills with executives, partners, and technical teams.
• Proficiency with GSuite, Slack, and project tools (Asana, Jira, Smartsheet).

Responsibilities

• Own SLA performance and operational outcomes for assigned programs.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project and program plans.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Operations, Care, Compliance and Finance.
• Monitor performance metrics, program health and risks; lead mitigation and issue resolution.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders with transparent updates.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimize operational workflows.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across all program activities.
• Facilitate retrospectives and scalable methodologies across growth.
