Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a skilled Program Manager to own SLA performance and drive cross‑functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance. You will ensure alignment with regulatory standards and deliver scalable program enhancements.

The role requires 2–5 years in program management within healthcare or regulated environments, with strong communication skills for executives and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
• 2–5 years of program management experience in healthcare, digital health, or a regulated environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
• Experience in risk assessment, mitigation planning, and solving operational issues.
• Strong understanding of regulatory/compliance requirements in healthcare operations.
• Excellent communication skills for executives, partners, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own SLA performance and operational outcomes for assigned programs.
• Develop, maintain, and execute project and program plans aligned with priorities and regulatory standards.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Operations, Care, Compliance, and Finance.
• Monitor performance metrics, program health, and risks; lead mitigation planning.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders with transparent updates.
