Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Care Supervisor to lead the Patient Care Team, ensuring compliant, safe, and high‑quality operations. You will oversee technicians, drive patient experience improvements, and align with regulatory standards across multiple sites.

You will collaborate cross‑functionally to implement new workflows and training programs, while maintaining performance metrics and employee engagement. This role requires a strong commitment to patient safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado or Texas Pharmacy Technician license in good standing.
• Experience leading pharmacy technicians and clerks in retail/mail order/hub environments.
• Ability to define and manage performance and KPI targets.
• Proven training, coaching, and feedback skills.

Responsibilities

• Own technician workflow and operations.
• Maintain efficiency, service level, and prescription processing quality.
• Coach technicians to improve patient experience.
• Create training materials and lead onboarding sessions.
• Support Care Team with a Supervisor-on-Duty rotation (nights/weekends).
• Implement new workflows for partnerships, launches, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
