Job summary

Waste Harmonics Keter is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist – REIT, a fully remote role for Arizona residents. You’ll manage daily waste and recycling operations for 25–30 properties, coordinate hauls, verify weights, review invoices, and resolve escalations with strong customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in customer operations, customer service, dispatch, service coordination, or related field.
• Strong customer service and professional communication skills.
• Ability to read and review invoices and identify discrepancies.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to interpret operational data and use it to make sound decisions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple properties.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership, with follow-through on responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily waste and recycling operations for 25–30 properties.
• Schedule and coordinate waste and recycling hauls based on service needs and data.
• Confirm completed hauls, weights, and service details for accuracy.
• Review invoices, identify discrepancies, and coordinate resolution.
• Use eTrack to manage service activity, work orders, and property information.
• Monitor data such as PSI readings and service cycles to inform decisions.
• Track escalations through resolution.
• Coordinate equipment repairs and temporary roll-off placements.
