TPx is seeking a Service Manager to be the primary post-sale operational contact for assigned customers. You will coordinate service-related activities, manage issue intake, and drive proactive support, ensuring timely escalation and clear communication across teams.

The role collaborates with Account Management, Support, and other functions to maintain service stability, drive operational excellence, and enhance the customer lifecycle, contributing to retention and satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Experience owning post-sale customer relationships.
• Experience coordinating across multiple internal teams to drive resolution and accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee customer relationships and act as primary operational contact for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate requests and route to the appropriate internal teams (support, billing, service delivery).
• Monitor customer health and escalate risks through defined processes.
• Participate in cross-functional escalation forums with leadership.
• Maintain accurate account notes and activity records.
