For our client, we are seeking a Customer Partner, Leader (Operations) to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will serve as a key liaison between the company and its customer sites, with a focus on operational performance, issue resolution, and continuous improvement. You will partner closely with internal leaders and cross-functional teams to address escalations, strengthen service delivery, and improve overall system throughput. The position requires a blend of customer relationship management, analytical problem-solving, and operational execution to help drive measurable performance gains.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations, understanding operational needs and performance gaps
• Drive resolution of site-level challenges related to spare parts, installations, and maintenance
• Partner with leadership to optimize bot allocation and system throughput
• Execute maintenance strategies and track progress on spares and warranty programs
• Analyze site performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Translate performance findings into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams
• Drive internal teams to enhance overall system performance based on data-driven insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10 years of related experience or equivalent work experience
• Experience in customer success, account management, operations, or related customer-facing functions
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting operational data and identifying performance trends
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in supply chain, robotics, logistics, fulfillment, or warehouse automation preferred
