Job summary

L’Oréal is seeking an Order to Delivery Analyst in Cranbury, NJ to manage end-to-end order flows for key accounts and improve delivery KPIs. You will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and IT to prevent roadblocks and use SAP/Power BI to optimize reporting.

The role requires a data-driven mindset, strong Excel skills, and a college degree in Supply Chain/Logistics. Authorization to work in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• Proficient data analysis with Excel; familiar with pivot tables and vlookups.
• Experience using SAP/Power BI for reporting and KPI tracking.
• Degree in a supply chain or logistics field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order flows for key accounts from order receipt to shipment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and IT to prevent and resolve delivery roadblocks.
• Leverage SAP/PowerBI and Excel to optimize reports and support data-driven decisions.
• Perform root-cause analyses to improve delivery KPIs and processes.
