Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking an EM Operations Senior Manager to lead a team of material and supply planners, ensuring long-range production and material plans align with business goals.

You will drive end-to-end supply chain planning, manage performance against KPIs such as fill rate, inventory targets and waste reduction, and partner with manufacturing, marketing, sales, materials and replenishment to deliver category goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain planning and end-to-end coordination.
• Proven ability to lead and coach a team.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare short and long-term end-to-end supply chain plans for items produced internally and externally for review and approvals.
• Manage, coach and develop a team of planners.
• Meet KPIs such as fill rate, inventory targets and waste reduction.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, marketing, sales, materials and replenishment to meet category goals.
• Drive planning improvements and participate in supply review meetings.
