Job summary

Aequor is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Master Data Specialist to join remotely, working EST hours. You will establish address codes for direct and indirect customers and maintain all customer data in the order-to-cash and reporting systems with accuracy and integrity.

You will verify licensing and financial information, provide first-line support via phone, email and Salesforce, and manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. High School diploma required.
• 2+ years Customer Service experience.
• Knowledge and experience with SAP order to cash system functionality is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and web-based applications.
• Phone system and Internet applications expertise.
• Analytical and organizational skills, along with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to manage time.
• Verbal and written communication skills, ability to speak and present customer master specific information to a wide audience.
• High level of customer interaction: must be comfortable with speaking on the phone.
• Problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain customer master data in order to cash and reporting systems per SOPs.
• Set up address codes for direct and indirect customers.
• Maintain ongoing maintenance of accounts ensuring accuracy of customer information.
• Verify licensing and financial responsibility status for customers and update registration information as needed.
• Ensure financial information (tax, tax exemption status, credit card and bank data) is up to date.
• Deliver first-line customer support via phone, email and Salesforce.com with proactive, personalized service.
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with attention to detail.
• Provide superior customer service and stay solution-driven.
• Recommend new procedural solutions to improve operations.
• Demonstrate leadership behaviors and teamwork in support of all duties.
