Kinder's is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive profitable growth and insights within Walmart accounts. The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making to optimize sales operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in CPG sales/marketing, strong analytics, and is willing to travel up to 10%. The position is based in Walnut Creek, CA or Bentonville, AR with 4 days in-office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the CPG industry focusing on sales, sales operations or marketing.
• Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting tools (Excel, Power BI, Anaplan, Exceedra).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; willing to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships, business planning and trade management using cross-functional resources and data.
• Lead category/line reviews and monthly business updates for merchants.
• Provide internal performance reviews and actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Finance/Planning to create accurate demand forecasts.
• Partner with Customer Marketing to build calendars and oversee promotions forecasts.
• Collaborate with Brand/Portfolio to execute new product launches and samples.
