Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a Customer Experience Associate I to schedule collision repair appointments and estimates in a high-volume remote contact center. The role requires a quiet workspace and reliable internet, with Monday–Friday 10:30 AM–7:00 PM CST and rotating Saturday shifts.

The position offers base pay of $18.00 per hour plus monthly performance bonuses up to $400, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, a 401k match, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Schedule customer appointments for collision repair and estimates per SOPs.
• Professionally manage a high volume of inbound/outbound customer communications.
• Assist customers with rental car reservations and tow scheduling.
• Demonstrate urgency while managing daily workload and maintain data integrity.
