Job summary

Express Wash Concepts is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team. After training at our Etna, Ohio home office, this role remote-eligible supports customers via phone, email, social media, and tickets, while assisting staff and managing account changes with a friendly, professional approach.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in customer service, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and comfort with Salesforce, WashAssist, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel).
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to technology platforms, including Salesforce, WashAssist, etc.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and customer tickets, delivering timely and customer-centric resolutions.
• Provide invaluable assistance to location staff by troubleshooting account issues.
• Execute refunds, cancellations, and package changes in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate customer information in WashAssist and Salesforce.
• Thoughtfully respond to online customer reviews.
• Undertake additional tasks as required to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
