Job summary

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to deliver world-class service to members, employers and providers. You may work remotely or onsite per our Telecommuting Policy, and relocation within Kansas or Missouri may be considered.

You will handle inquiries about contracts, benefits, eligibility, coverage and payments while collaborating with teams to resolve issues in a timely, compliant manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prefer college coursework in communications or medical fields.
• Experience navigating multiple computer systems recommended.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research, resolve and respond to inquiries via phone, email or written correspondence.
• Address benefits, eligibility, coverage, plan changes and claims.
• Collaborate with peers and other departments for solutions.
• Perform additional job-related duties and special projects.
