The Payment Recovery Correspondent analyzes and determines the corrective action required to administer proper collection procedures for claims that have been previously processed incorrectly for all lines of business and product types, using written and telephone correspondence. “This position is required to work onsite at the Topeka location.
High School diploma or equivalent required. Minimum one year experience in Claims or BCBSKS Customer Service required.
Requires constant and intense concentration to complete job functions with intermittent interruptions. Work is onsite only and requires keying at a P.C. up to 85% of the day.
$20.96- $26.20 Non- Exempt Grade 11 Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas offers excellent competitive compensation with the goal of retaining and growing talented team members.
