Job summary

eyebobs is seeking a Customer Experience Associate in Minnesota to deliver world-class service across calls, emails, and chats. You’ll help customers with orders and issues, partnering with product, logistics and support teams to ensure delightful interactions.

Must have strong communication, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and at least two years of customer service experience. Hybrid/remote work options available, with some in-office time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in retail or call center environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers and peers.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming/outgoing customer care calls, emails and chats with SLA adherence.
• Process sales transactions over the phone and track orders.
• Update internal customer records daily and maintain data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Retail and Marketing to resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot with Logistics and Website teams to fix problems promptly.
• Provide feedback to improve processes and customer experience.
