Job summary

eyebobs is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to be the voice of the brand across phone, email, and chat. You will provide world-class service and help customers with warm, clear communication to resolve issues quickly.

The role supports a hybrid/remote work model with some time in the office. Candidates should have 2+ years in customer service, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple channels efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service in retail or call center.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and enthusiastic approach to interactions with customers and peers.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer care calls, emails, chats and escalations.
• Process sales transactions over the phone, track orders, respond within SLA.
• Multi-task using ZenDesk, Shopify, Netsuite and other tools.
• Offer value-added solutions and promote customer loyalty with exceptional support.
• Update internal documents and customer records daily.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Retail and Marketing to resolve concerns.
• Work with Logistics and Website teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Provide feedback on issues and follow-up processes.
• Take on additional project work as needed.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of eyebobs products.
