Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is seeking a Remote Customer Support representative to enhance the Residential business segment by efficiently processing orders and delivering tailored solutions.

You will proactively address issues, log interactions in CRM, and coordinate with Distribution, Planning, Sourcing, and Product teams. The role emphasizes exceptional customer experiences, professional communication, and the ability to work across multiple applications.

Formación

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with order entry platforms.
• Experience with MS365.
• Able to multitask across several applications (mainframe and PC Windows-based with email).
• Strong customer service orientation and proactive problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Create meaningful interactions for customers and sales team with professionalism and empathy.
• Serve as the first contact point with customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Aim for first call resolution with no holds or transfers.
• Log all interactions in Salesforce or other CRM.
• Resolve customer issues using Distribution, Planning, Sourcing, and Product systems.
• Meet and exceed performance metrics through high-volume multi-channel support.
• Maintain professionalism in all communications.
