Job summary

Secur-Serv is seeking a Customer Relationship Representative to provide first-level telephone, email and chat support for LSAC candidates. You will respond professionally, research issues, and ensure timely, accurate communication.

The role requires availability for training, a flexible schedule between 9:00 am–9:00 pm, and up to 29 hours per week with weekend coverage. This remote position supports LSAC services and may require overtime or variable shifts based on client needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal skills and clear speaking voice.
• Ability to write clearly and concisely.
• Strong grammar and proofreading abilities.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows, Adobe Acrobat, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Secur-Serv requirements, policies, procedures, and management directions.
• Provide proactive front-line candidate communication support via telephone, email and chat.
• Document candidate feedback as directed.
• Compose accurate, timely written responses to routine and complex inquiries.
• Assist with data entry and research to resolve candidate issues.
• Achieve established CSR performance/quality metrics across channels.
• Participate in training and help new hires.
