Job summary

Go Lean Health is seeking a highly organized Virtual Assistant to support customer experience, sales follow-up, and remote operations. You will own recurring tasks, escalate issues, and drive opportunities with schools and community partners.

The role focuses on birthday parties, group visits, memberships, inquiries, and ensuring consistent customer experiences. Remote, full-time, 40 hours weekly, $5.50/hour with potential increase after 6 months.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Professional, confident, and friendly phone presence.
• Experience in customer service, sales follow-up, lead management, relationship management, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Strong follow-through and urgency in action.
• Comfortable learning new systems, following processes, and documenting workflows.
• Availability to work during Central Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely customer response via calls, email, voicemails, and inquiries.
• Follow up on birthday parties, group visits, memberships, and admissions to convert interest into bookings.
• Maintain consistent CRM records and pipeline visibility.
• Nurture leads and outreach to schools, PTOs, daycares, and community partners.
• Support marketing campaigns, content calendars, and basic graphics tasks.
• Coordinate scheduling, onboarding, and vendor/partner communications.
