Responsibilities

• Receive inbound equipment sales inquiries and route to the appropriate consultant.
• Serve as a first contact for inquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
• Re-engage inactive customers from drifted lists and convert to active customers.
• Update Salesforce with activities and opportunities to maintain records.
• Communicate customer opportunities to service teams to drive engagement.
• Conduct outbound campaigns to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities.
• Prepare activity and opportunity reports and participate in team meetings.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and consistency.
