Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of customer service or sales support experience.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound equipment sales inquiries and route to the appropriate Equipment Solutions Consultant.
• Re-engage inactive customers and convert them into active or recurring customers.
• Update customer accounts, activities, and opportunities in Salesforce.
• Identify and communicate sales opportunities for equipment, parts, service, and other needs.
