Qualifications

• 10+ years in biotech/pharma, radiopharmaceutical CRM experience of 1–2 years.
• Strong organizational, logistics, and communication skills.
• Understanding of PET imaging and regulatory compliance.

Role

The Customer Experience Director oversees product availability, logistics, and customer relationships for radiopharmaceuticals across a specified region, ensuring optimal distribution and patient access.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily dose supply
• Coordinating logistics with manufacturing facilities and logistics partners
• Monitoring performance metrics
• Acting as the key liaison among internal teams and customers to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience
• Engaging in cross-functional collaboration with Market Access, Medical, Sales, and Supply Chain teams, and proactively communicating and problem-solving to address delivery variations and logistic challenges

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in medical or business fields
• 10+ years of experience in biotech, pharma, or nuclear medicine, with 1-2 years in customer relationship management within radiopharmaceuticals
• Strong organizational, logistics, and communication skills
• Understanding of PET imaging, radiopharmacy operations, and regulatory compliance

Preferred

• Experience leading teams
• Clinical or technical knowledge of PET/CT imaging
• Residence within the Mid-Atlantic region

Reporting

Position reports to the Senior Director of Customer Experience.

Work Arrangement

Operates primarily remotely with some travel.

Remuneration

Salary range of $172,000-$287,000, plus performance incentives and comprehensive benefits.
