Job summary

ATCC is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist I to be the primary contact for domestic customers. This remote role is based in Manassas, Virginia, with occasional site visits and a second shift from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM ET.

The role involves responding to inquiries through phone, email, forms, and chat, processing orders, permits, and distribution, while using established procedures. A customer service mindset and multi-channel experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 1 year of experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in CRM, ERP, and phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, website forms, or chat.
• Process orders across channels and track status.
• Provide domestic distribution support and manage permits, shipping, orders, and credits.
• Record inquiries and assist with data review for product or process improvements.
