Job summary

ATCC is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist I to serve as the primary contact for domestic customers. This remote role is based in Manassas, VA, with quarterly site visits and a second-shift schedule. You will handle orders, permits, website and general support across phone, email, chat, and forms.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to work across channels in a fast-paced environment. This non-profit supports global health and science.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 1+ year in customer service or related field.
• Experience handling inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
• Proficiency with CRM/ERP and phone systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, website contact forms, or chat.
• Process orders across channels and manage distribution, permits, and order inquiries.
• Record interactions in systems and escalate complex issues to Specialist III when needed.
