You will handle inquiries by email and phone, collaborate with underwriting, and strive to improve the customer journey while embracing a flexible work-from-home setup. Base pay ranges from $22.31 to $27.84 per hour, with equity and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical industry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer experiences that educate customers about life insurance and Ladder.
• Provide omnichannel service (email and phone) to respond to inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Serve as the voice of the customer and collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer journey.
• Collaborate with Underwriting and other partners to assist customers in meeting application requirements.
• Proactively take ownership of customer issues and drive resolutions.
